Qmailer strives to adhere to privacy legislation and compliance issues. This applies to ISPs, customers and end users.
We strictly enforce our Anti-Spam policy. This is both a necessity and a requirement.
Anti-Spam Policy
Zero tolerance protection
Qmailer facilitates the broadcast of email communications. There are many issues surrounding unsolicited emails and Spam.
All customers must abide by the principles of email protocol and "opt-in" policy. Qmailer actively monitor outgoing emails to verify our anti spam policies are being upheld.
Any Qmailer customer found to be abusing the Qmailer system by sending Spam will have their account suspended immediately. There will be no refund on unused credits.
If you have received unwanted or unsolicited email, via Qmailer.com, please notify us immediately at abuse@qmailer.co.uk
Opt-in / Opt-out Tools
Every e-mail sent by Qmailer to recipients other than company internal mail should contain a ‘remove / unsubscribe’ link. We provide all the necessary tools within Qmailer to ensure that the service we provide is ‘Opt-in’ by nature. Failure to include the ‘remove’ link is at the discretion of the sender, however we very strongly encourage all our users to include it in all communications.
Remove / Unsubscribe link
Where a ‘remove / unsubscribe’ link is included in the communication, recipients have the option to remove themselves from further communications.
Clicking the link will enable the recipient to remove their email address from the sender's opt-in database
Opt-out protection
By activating the ‘remove’ link Qmailer logs the email address in order to prevent that address receiving future communications from that sender.
Reporting Spam
Please notify us immediately if you have received unwanted or unsolicited email via Qmailer. abuse@qmailer.co.uk
